Eric
S. Johnson
was born in Charlottesville, Virginia, on June 8, 1966. After
attending high school at Albemarle High School in Charlottesville,
he attended Randolph Macon College in Ashland, Virginia, graduating
with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in 1988. Mr. Johnson then attended
the T. C. Williams School of Law at the University of Richmond,
Virginia, graduating in 1992.
Prior
to coming to work for Phillips, Morrison, Johnson & Ferrell, Mr.
Johnson worked in the claims department for State Farm Insurance
Company, and with the Richmond, Virginia law firm of
Hundley & Johnson, P.C. His practice at Hundley & Johnson,
as at Phillips, Morrison, Johnson & Ferrell, focused primarily on handling
all aspects of plaintiff's personal injury litigation including,
automobile accidents, tractor trailer accidents, premises liability, wrongful death and
insurance matters. Additionally, Eric handles collections and traffic defense
cases.
Mr.
Johnson is a member of the Virginia Trial
Lawyers Association; American Trial Lawyers Association; Campbell County Bar Association,
Lynchburg Bar Association and the Virginia State Bar.
Mr.
Johnson joined Phillips, Morrison, Johnson & Ferrell when he and his wife, Kensie
Walker Johnson, moved to Lynchburg. Kensie is currently employed as
a realtor with John Stewart Walker. Eric and Kensie have three children, Will,
Mack and Kakie.
