Eric S. Johnson

Eric was born in Charlottesville, Virginia, on June 8, 1966. After attending high school at Albemarle High School in Charlottesville, he attended Randolph Macon College in Ashland, Virginia, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in 1988. Eric then attended the T. C. Williams School of Law at the University of Richmond, Virginia, graduating in 1992.

After graduating from law school Eric worked with the Richmond, Virginia law firm of Hundley & Johnson, P.C. His practice at Hundley & Johnson, as at Phillips, Morrison, Johnson & Ferrell, focuses primarily on handling all aspects of plaintiff’s personal injury litigation including, automobile accidents, tractor trailer accidents, premises liability, wrongful death and insurance matters.  Eric also handles divorce and family law, collections, and traffic defense. 

Eric is a member of the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association; American Trial Lawyers Association; Campbell County Bar Association, Lynchburg Bar Association and the Virginia State Bar.  He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Lynchburg Bar Association and the Board of the Jubilee Family Development Center.

Eric is married to Kensie, a Lynchburg native, who is a realtor with John Stewart Walker.  Eric and Kensie have two boys and a girl, ages 10, 8 and 5.

Eric’s interests away from the office include almost anything that allows him to enjoy the outdoors, including grouse hunting with his German Shorthair Pointer, spring gobbler hunting, fishing, running, biking and golf.  Eric also enjoys coaching his kids in sports including soccer, basketball and football.
