About Us
The attorneys of Phillips, Morrison, Johnson & Ferrell have been serving the citizens of Central Virginia since 1953. The firm combines an established and well regarded personal injury practice with a first rate family law practice.
Our personal injury attorneys have considerable experience handling cases involving automobiles, tractor trailers, motorcycles, premises, slip and fall, defective products, brain injury, construction, heavy equipment and wrongful death. Our family law attorneys are knowledgeable in all areas of domestic relations including divorce, child support, spousal support, and equitable distribution. Additionally, our family law attorneys are certified by the Virginia Supreme Court as mediators.
In addition to our personal injury and family law practices, our attorneys have experience in a variety of areas including, litigation, traffic and criminal defense, residential and commercial real estate, collections, estate planning and business law.
